PLEASE NOTE THE
FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1) *COMPLIMENTARY
MINI-BAR: Rates for All Accommodations
include a complimentary ensuite mini-bar (beer, wine, soda,
and bottled water) re-stocked daily.
2)
COMPLIMENTARY INCLUSIONS: Included complimentary
in all rates are use of kayaks, and snorkeling gear; and local
bus tickets to and from Apia Monday thru Saturday.
3)
COMPLIMENTARY TRANSFERS: Arrival and departure
transfers are complimentary with all bookings.
4) PRE-BOOKING:
Normal check-in time is 2:00pm. Guests on flights with early
morning airport arrival times who wish to guarantee room
availability prior to normal check-in time should pre-book
their room from the prior night. Pre-booking is highly
recommended.
5) LATE
CHECK-OUT: Normal check-out time is 11:00am. Late
check-outs may be requested after arrival at the hotel, and
will be fulfilled based on hotel availability.
6) CURRENCY &
TAXES: Rates quoted in US Dollars, and do
not include Govt Tax of 15%.
7) MINIMUM
BOOKINGS: COCONUTS requires a three consecutive
night minimum stay.
8) MINIMUM AGE:
All COCONUTS guests must be 3 years of age or older.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Deposit of three (3) nights is required at time of booking.
Payment for entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by electronic transfer (details available
on request), Bank Check in US Dollars (mailed to PO Box 62120,
Honolulu, HI, 96839, USA), or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Please note, Coconuts no longer accepts American Express.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: Cancellations received
30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival will receive
full refund; 14 to 30 days in advance will incur a 3 night
cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations
received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellation is confirmed ONLY when acknowledgment from
Coconuts is received by booker.
