Sieni and I have a long standing fascination with wine and have
spent many hours tasting wine in a great many countries of the
world these past 30 years. I think that our love of wine shows up
in many ways at Coconuts – perhaps some unintended. Coconuts was
the first resort in Samoa to offer a variety of wines from the Old
World, together with New World selections. We have now created
this new and innovative approach to our wine list that provides
you with a selection of wines that are both enjoyable and
affordable – at the same time. On this page you will find a very
large selection of “Coconuts” wines. In the course of our
travels, we have never seen as large a selection of “house wines”
as we are pleased to present here. These wines have been carefully
selected to represent a cross section of the wines that are
available in California, New Zealand and Australia – all at a very
favorable cost. On the facing page you will find an additional
selection of interesting wines from around the world to round out

By combing the
output from several wineries in California, we have been able to
obtain this remarkably broad selection – all varietal wines –
which we can offer by the glass or carafe. The wines have been
chosen both for their flavor
and their exceptional value. The
